#ChainF or #ChainFollow is a great way to find new followers on twitter and it is very easy to do.
To Start a #ChainF
Simply create a tweet that looks like this (only enter as many potential friends as will fit)
Make sure you include the [how 2 #ChainF http://bit.ly/i48eob]

And send it!
To join a #ChainF
Now if you recieve a #ChainF with your name in it you just need to do a couple of little Edits
Suppose you recieved a #ChainF like this one.

Follow the three you don't know AND THE SENDER remove the first one that's "@SomeoneYouDontKnow1"
Now add @OneOfYourFRiends to the end so your new tweet looks like this

Well then move your name to the end remove "@SomeoneYouDotKnow1" and then add your friend to the end, after you.
